Reverse CONTOUR
Spun Aluminium Reverse Contour rims were developed to allow for maximum wheel center diameters. That is to say, 20″ Reverse rims allow a center diameter to be 1″ larger than 20″ Step-Lip rims.
These rims were named ‘Reverse’ because the drop-center is in the Inner rim, not the Outer rim, which means that the tire must be mounted from the back, not the front like the Step Lip rims … hence, ‘reverse mounted’.
